Mas Ads is a super easy and fun non-technical event presented by MECHARENA 2024, where you play with brands and advertisements, or sometimes, get played! From guessing the brand's name based on their logo, tagline or snippets of advertisements, to creating your advertisement, you’re in for quite a fun ride!

Students can belong to any discipline or background; need not be from the same stream or same college
STAGES OF EVENT
• LEVEL 1- Round 1: In round 1 team will be asked to choose the correct logo and taglines of different brands based on a PPT & Video Clipping
Round 2: Questions related to
1.Company products
2. Company tag lines
3. Brand ambassador
4. Company Brands
5. Company abbreviations
6.Advertisment Featuring of Actors.
SHORTLISTING
• The team that scores more than the minimum cut-off set by the organizers will be chosen for the next round.
• LEVEL 2- A hypothetical futuristic product concept will be presented to the team and they have to create a logo, tagline, and a draft of an advertisement script (duration - maximum of 3 minutes) and enact the script.
JUDGING CRITERIA
LEVEL 1 is common for all
In LEVEL1, Round 2 is an elimination round where teams are scored based on the number of right answers and, if there is a tie, the time needed to answer questions is also taken into account.
LEVEL 2 will be judged on the following criteria:
1. Creativity
2. Unique selling proposition (USP) in marketing
3. Script for an advertising campaign
4. The degree to which the product concept is grasped
